- The distance between the two terminals is quite far, so passengers may use buses:
- At T1: free of charge for going by bus; bus position: 1st floor, hall A; time: from 6:00am to 01:00am next day, with the time gaps between buses of 10-15mimutes.
- At T2: free of charge for going by bus; bus position: 1st floor – western area of T2; time: from 6:00am to 01:00am next day, with the time gaps between buses of 10-15mimutes.

Ngọc Sương: in the public hall of 1st and 4th floor at T1; serves coffee and Vietnamese and Western European food.
