To get Vietnam Visa on arrival, you will be charged two (02) kinds of fee: VISA PROCESSING FEE and VISA STAMPING FEE
A. Processing fee
This fee is paid online for our service by credit/debit card in order to get Vietnam Visa Approval Letter. We will deliver your application to Vietnam Immigration Department for the issuance of visa approval letter on time as your application (normal service: 2 working days; urgent service: 4 -8 working hours; emergency service: 1 working hour; overtime or holiday service)
B. Stamping fee
Stamping fee shall be paid directly to Vietnam Immigration Officer at Vietnam airport upon arrival. The rules and rates of stamping fee are publicly announced in any Goverment website and on the landing visa counter at any international airport. The fee must be paid in cash in USD or VND (local currency) and you will receive red bill for this payment.

About Vietnam visa for Citizens of Afghanistan
Due to some private reasons, it is more difficult for citizens of Afghanistan to get Vietnam visa. Therefore, applicant of this nationality shall need to pay higher service fee and can only apply for one month, single entry, tourism visa (maximum stay of 25 days).
- Extra service fee: 350 USD/person
- Required documents: (1) Round-trip flight booking; (2) hotel booking; (3) a scan of passport sent to our email address: contact@vietnamvisaon.com.
- Processing time: Can be upto 15 working days.
*Another 10 USD will be added for a private letter
Vietnam visa on arrival shall only be applicable for entry by air. Our processing fees above are exclusive of the Stamping fee, which shall be paid directly to Vietnam Immigration Department at the airport. In case of refused application, your payment for our service will be refunded in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
