How long does it take to get visa approval letter?
Approval letter is the type of document sent by email for applicants. Normally, the approval letter is processed and emailed you within two (2) to three (03) working days in normal service (excluding Time off, Saturday, Sunday and National Holidays). In urgent cases, you can get the approval letter within the time frame below.
Processing time
* Getting the visa letter in the same day: If you apply for your visa before 12:00 PM in Vietnam time (working days from Monday to Friday). We will process and send the visa letter for you in the same day.
* Getting the visa letter in the next day (Working days): In the case, you apply for your visa after 12 PM in Vietnam time ( working days from Monday to Friday). We will send visa approval letter before 6:00 PM the next working day.
